  The speakers, teachers, musicians—everyone including the Bishop—are all unpaid lay members of the congregation. This means that sermons aren't always masterful, but they're always sincere (and sometimes surprise you). The Primary classes for children are excellent, and Young Men/Young Women programs (for under-18's) have a lot of fun.
  
  I especially appreciate that the same doctrines are taught in every Latter-Day Saint congregation. Everywhere you go, you can be sure that the gospel is the same.

  So many members are outstanding friendly and long time residents of Vacaville. I grew up in this ward and have had so many leaders that I look up to. The members truly make this ward great.
